Trainings for Budget Process Participants on How to Use the E-Data Official Public Funds Web Portal Continue

Experts of the Municipal Finance Strengthening Initiative (MFSI-II) Roll-out Project continue conducting a series of training events on the topic Use of the E-Data Official Public Spending Web Portal by Budget Process Participants.
Thus, five trainings were delivered in Zhytomyr on 19, 20, and 21 April. Four trainings were conducted in Kirovohrad on 20 and 21 April.
Engaged in the training were the heads and specialists of Finance Departments of Oblast State Administrations, local Finance Departments of Raion State Administrations and Executive Committees of local councils of the oblasts, as well as key spending units of the oblast and raion budgets, and budgets of oblast-significant cities.
The training participants were familiarized with the legislative regulation of the creation and operation of the unified public spending Web portal and the instructions for registration of
an "Office" at the E-Data portal, and the requirements with respect to entering data on openness in use of public funds.
