Continued PPB Training in Collaboration with Training Centers

As part of collaboration with the Kyiv City Retraining and Qualifications Advancement Center, a training on practical aspects of performance program budgeting was conducted in Kyiv on June 30. MFSI-II experts delivered training for accountants and economists of museums and musical schools from Kyiv. The training participants were introduced to the theoretical foundations of the Performance Program Budgeting (PPB) method and practical aspects of its application, in particular, with regard to budget requests and passports of budget programs. All in all, 48 persons took part in the training.
This event is a continuation of the MFSI-II Project task of assuring institutional sustainability of PPB training programs. Regular delivery of training sessions will help implement PPB methodology based at the training centers, which will provide PPB training on a permanent basis.
