On January, 25, in the framework of EBRD seminar “Establishment of the efficient legal basis for energy service projects in Ukraine” experts of the USAID’s MFSI-II Project made proposals on the new mechanism of the accounting of performed works (purchased goods and provided services).

This mechanism will let key spending units to execute energy service contracts. Made proposals will be agreed with the Ministry of Finance and will give an opportunity for budget institutions to realize energy efficient measures by private investments.
