Citizens’ Project Electronic System Launched in Chernivtsi

A Citizens’ Project electronic system was launched as part of the Chernivtsi Residents’ Initiatives Budget program in the city of Chernivtsi. A simple, user-friendly system will make it possible for each active citizen to take part in deciding how the budget funds could be used for improving life in the city. From now on, the Chernivtsi citizens will be able to submit their own projects and support other exciting ideas online. The projects to win the largest support from the residents will be funded out of the Chernivtsi municipal budget.
