USAID’s “Municipal Finance Strengthening Initiative (MFSI-II) Roll-out Project“ announced results of the competition on selection of the cities and amalgamated territorial communities, which will receive support for implementation of participatory budgeting.
Winners will be granted the electronic system Citizens’ Project which provides the automation of all stages of participatory budgeting - from submitting projects to the e-voting and reporting on projects’ realization.
Also MFSI-II will assist cities in conducting an information campaign focused on citizens’ engagement to the participatory budgeting.
