Training on Operation of Budgets in United Territorial Communities Held in Cherkasy

Experts of USAID's Municipal Finance Strengthening Initiative (MFSI-II) Roll-out Project, with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, are continuing a series of conferences for specialists of local Finance Departments intended for clarification of the specifics of operation of budgets in the united territorial communities, which have direct inter-budget relations with the State budget.
A training on Operation of Local Budgets, Specifically, Budgets of United Territorial Communities, under Decentralization was held in Cherkasy on 14 April. The training event was attended by specialists of local Finance Departments and representatives of the united territorial communities.
The participants were familiarized with the legal foundations and key aspects of Performance Program Budgeting at the level of local budgets.
