Winners of a Competition for the Selection of Non-Governmental Organizations for Implementation of Participatory Budget

As part of the USAID Municipal Finance Strengthening Initiative (MFSI-II) Roll-out Project, IBSER has conducted a competition for the selection of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to help the city of Kyiv and seven other preselected cities of Lviv, Chernivtsi, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Berdiansk, Kramatorsk, and Melitopol in the promotion of participatory budget. The winners are the Nova ENERGIA NGO from Kharkiv and Regional Development Institute NGO from Lviv.
The assistance to be provided by the NGOs to the cities will include delivery of training seminars, information and outreach activities for the general public, and other promotional events to disseminate information about the opportunities offered by the participatory budget among the city residents.
