Working meeting in IBSER
As part of the MFSI project’s implementation, IBSER continues working to develop and implement innovative financial mechanisms for realization of energy-conservation projects in Ukrainian cities. Thus, on 3 February 2010, a working meeting was held between the representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, deputy mayor of Ostroh city, ESCO-Rivne Communal Energy Service Company, and IBSER specialists on the issues of implementation of a project involving establishment of individual boiler houses for heating the educational institutions in the city of Ostroh, Rivne Oblast (Project).
The meeting focused on discussing the scheme and general plan of Project implementation developed by IBSER specialists, using the tools of Public-Private Partnership, identified the need of starting the work of preparing the documents required for project implementation in accordance with the budget legislation, and stipulated the immediate tasks to be undertaken by the stakeholders.
