Memorandum with Yevpatoria

     As part of implementation of one of the tasks under the Municipal Finance Strengthening Initiative (MFSI) Project supported by USAID, regarding assistance to the selected cities in identifying and using progressive financial tools, including credits, joint activity with the private sector etc., and in order to implement municipal energy-saving and economic development plans, IBSER and City Council of Yevpatoria, AR Crimea, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on 18 August 2010. 
     The common goal of activities in the framework of Memorandum implementation is the city's realization of energy-saving projects in accordance with Ukrainian laws and regulations, and taking into account current and anticipated financial capacity of the city.
