Coordinating Meeting on PPB Implementation
The Institute for Budgetary and Socio-Economic Research (IBSER) continues its efforts aimed at implementing Performance Program Budgeting (PPB) for the planning and execution of local budgets. This is one of the key components of the Municipal Finance Strengthening Initiative (MFSI) Project implemented with the support of USAID.
In particular, within the implementation of the Project, the Coordinating Meeting aimed at PPB implementation between Iryna Shcherbyna, Director General of IBSER, and Oleksandr Popov, Acting Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, took place on 3 September 2010 at the KCSA premises.
