IBSER and Ivano-Frankivsk Cooperation

     On 3 September 2010, IBSER and the City Council of Ivano-Frankivsk signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. This memorandum comes аs an element of the Municipal Finance Strengthening Initiative (MFSI) Project supported by USAID, regarding assistance to selected cities in identifying and using progressive financial tools, including credits, joint activity with the private sector etc., and in order to implement municipal energy-saving and economic development plans. 
     The Memorandum unites IBSER and the city in working toward the city's realization of energy-saving projects in accordance with Ukrainian laws and regulations, while taking into account the current and anticipated financial capacity of the city.
