MFSI project’s/IBSER experts participated in the first meeting of the Working Group on the coordination of international technical assistance projects and programs, which took place at the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine on 7 October 2010.
The Budget Institute was represented at the meeting by Inna Samchynska, Director of the Financial Policy Department at IBSER, who made a presentation on the topic of “The Training Component of the Municipal Finance Strengthening Initiative Project (MFSI/USAID)".
The meeting was intended to provide information and share experience in implementing training programs in the housing and communal services sector.
The invitees to the meeting included representatives of the international financial organizations and the international technical assistance projects and programs that are being implemented in the housing and communal services sector.
