Meeting of the Working Group devoted to developing a long-term Municipal Energy Plan

   Invited by the Principal Directorate of Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Energy Conservation of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA), experts of the MFSI-II Project took part in a meeting of the Working Group devoted to developing a long-term Municipal Energy Plan, and in a dialog on improving a draft concept of the Municipal Energy Plan, which took place on 9 February 2012. Based on the results of this meeting, the experts prepared their comments and proposals to the Kyiv Municipal Energy Plan with regard to the financial justification, which were taken into account when finalizing the concept of the Municipal Energy Plan.
