as a Guarantee for Achieving Strategic Objectives
The Planning and Evaluation Efficiency, Including Efficiency of Energy Performance Projects, as a Guarantee for Achieving Strategic Objectives seminar was held with the support of MFSI-II on 31 March 2014.
The event was attended by representatives of communal service enterprises and executive committees of city councils from Project cities such as Kyiv, Lutsk, Alchevsk, Ternopil, Myrhorod, and Vinnytsya.
MFSI-II presented the participants with proposals for improving the efficiency of the financial justification of strategic documents by communal service enterprises in the context of municipal development priorities, and introduced them to the methodology of monitoring and evaluating energy performance projects.
Also, the representatives from Kyiv, Myrhorod, and Vinnytsya presented the experience of their communal service enterprises in monitoring energy consumption in their municipalities, attracting financial resources, and implementing energy performance projects.
The knowledge disseminated at the seminar will enable the attendees to implement methodological recommendations for efficient strategic planning and the evaluation of energy performance projects, and help systematize the areas of implementing energy saving activities in the day-to-day operations of communal service enterprises.
