PPB Trainings Continue in Collaboration with Training Centers

   As part of collaboration with the Kyiv City Center for Retraining and Advanced Training, a training on legal aspects of performance program budgeting for local budgets was conducted on 22 February, 2016. The MFSI-II experts delivered training for public servants and local government officials of Kyiv city. The training participants were introduced to theoretical foundations of the performance program budgeting (PPB) method and practical aspects of its application in accordance with the methodological documents developed by the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance.
   This event is a continuation of MFSI-II project’s task implementation which is to assure institutional sustainability of PPB training programs. Regular delivery of trainings will help introduce the PPB methodology at the training centers, which will then provide PPB training on a permanent basis.
