Meeting at Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City Council on the Practices of Application of New Legislation in the Field of Financial and Budgetary Decentralization

On 18 March 2016, Economic Consultant of the MFSI-II Project, Olesia Holynska conducted a thematic meeting with representatives of the deputy corps and executive authorities of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi raion, Odesa oblast, on the topic of the Practices of Application of New Legislation in the Field of Financial and Budgetary Decentralization.
The event was held at the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City Council. The topic of the meeting included, among other things, the issue of the prospects for the transition to the Performance Program Budgeting method, engagement in this process of the communities, which are contemplating the possibility of their voluntary association, as well as the issue of analysis of efficiency and effectiveness of the targeted programs, which are financed by local budgets of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi raion.
