At the request of Chemonics International Inc and within the framework of the USAID Democratic Governance in Eastern Ukraine (DG East) project, IBSER’s experts developed recommendations for the establishment of multicentres in Mariupol and Kherson for public services, business registration, and electronic accounting and control systems.

The Institute's specialists have developed comprehensive recommendations on customer logistics, professional and inclusive customer service, efficient navigation and flow management in the building, organization of open space and zoning, taking into account universal design principles.
