Improvement of Finance Management Effectiveness in the Area of Housing and Communal Services (International Renaissance Foundation)

The project was implemented with the financial support of the International Renaissance Foundation.
The goal was to conduct a series of trainings for representatives of Housing and Communal Services Departments of Oblast State Administrations (and Autonomous Republic of Crimea) and familiarize the participants with advanced budgeting techniques, in particular PPB, and the experimental methodology of planning, spending and accounting budgetary funds in this area.
