IBSER Experts Develop Recommendations for Establishing Multicenters in Mariupol and Kherson
Commissioned by Chemonics International Inc. and within the framework of the USAID “Democratic Governance in Eastern Ukraine” (DG East) project, experts from the Institute for Budgetary and Socio-Economic Research (IBSER) developed a set of recommendations for the establishment of multicenters in the cities of Mariupol and Kherson. These centers are designed to improve the delivery of public services, support business registration, and implement electronic tracking and monitoring systems.
IBSER specialists provided comprehensive guidance on:
● Client logistics and flow management within service centers;● Professional, inclusive customer service approaches;● Navigation and visitor flow management inside buildings;● Design of open spaces and zoning, based on universal design principles to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
These recommendations contribute to improving administrative service quality and inclusivity in municipalities undergoing transformation in Eastern and Southern Ukraine.
