The Institute for Budgetary and Socio-Economic Research

The All-Ukrainian NGO "Institute for Budgetary and Socio-Economic Research" (IBSER) was established in June 2007 by leading Ukrainian experts with many years of experience in the financial sector. The Institute aims to promote comprehensive and sustainable socio-economic development in Ukraine by conducting analytical research, disseminating information about the budget and the state of the economy, and implementing educational programs.

Our Mission:

Promoting transparency in the budget process
Counteracting corruption by introducing advanced budgeting and strategic planning methods at both the central and local levels; improving public access to information.
Supporting Ukraine's international integration
Organizing study tours to other countries to learn from global best practices; hosting international events.
Enhancing public participation and influence
By impacting fiscal and economic processes in the country, disseminating information, implementing educational programs, and conducting other applied research activities aimed at supporting socio-economic reforms in Ukraine.
Assisting in market and democratic reforms
Providing expert assessments of the budget and socio-economic processes, and monitoring the tax and budget sectors to determine the impact of fiscal and financial policies on economic sectors.
